One More Feather in Samagra’s Cap

31 May 2017 One more feather in Samagra’s cap, Samagra ran free tuition classes for 11 underprivileged girls of 10th from Bhavani Balika inter college, a school affiliated to Uttarakhand Board.  8 Stood first and 3 secured second division.
Samagra promised them to support till they will be self sufficient.

Certificate distribution program in Kashmiri Colony

10th May 2017 Under Income generation program, Samagra was running a free cutting sewing and quilting training in Kashmiri colony at Indra Gandhi Marg. All the trainees were from Brahmpuri slum.
     It was concluded on 10the May 2017 after 2 and half months training. They were learning skills by Mrs. Suman Chaudhary ( trainer) Mr. Rakesh Bhatia ( Ex. President UIWA), Mr. Atul Anand and Amit Anand (Industrialist) were the chief guests and special guest was Shree Neeraj Singh, Parshad of that area. Trainees displayed their products which were appreciated by everyone.
                Anand brothers promised us to donate five sewing machines for the training programs. Mrs. Suchitra Agarwal motivated them for doing hard work and promised to give them work. Certificates were distributed and it was followed y a snack party.

Computer classes from 1st April, for 2 Months

 Computer has become an essential part of our daily living. But underprivileged children are always the sufferers so every year Samagra organizes training in basic computers program for its students. This time again, 2 batches and 20 children are learning computer skills. Miss Vishakha is the coordinates of this program.

Drawing & Painting


22 April 2017, Smagra children performed very well in their final exams.  To sharpening their other skills, we organized a poster competition for them and subject were: Earth, Save Environment and Soldier for class  6- 10, My Family and My Scholl for class 1-5. Children slowed great interest and used their imagination, 3 judges of panel decided the winners which got special prized and all the participants gots gifts as a token.



English classes from April,


Samagra is running for last many years, we have been organizing special short term English tuition programs for our students in Samagra premises.  This time we have appointed a teacher Mrs. Mamta Khandoori, who is an expert in spoken and written English. This program will continue for 3 months.
Students are very happy, enjoying and talking keen interest in sharpening their skills.
