Samagra Celebrated Diwali on 1st November,2013 . Fire Crackers were burned and Aarti cermony was done on this day. All the tution children and staff members were gathered .Everyone enjoyed a lot !!!

16th October was a special day for Samagra as Dr. Neha and Pankaj threw a birth day party. Pankaj who is an officer in Merchant Navy celebrated his birth day with Samagra family and tuition children.  Dr. Neha, Pankaj's wife, is very good at dance, performed on many songs with children.  Her in-laws, few friends also came for the party.  It was concluded with cake cutting ceremony and high-tea they donated a new bicycle to three brothers named Rahul, Sunny and Pawan Samagra is great-full to them as very often, they are volunteering to Samagra children.

8th October was the day on which mrs.  Sharda Devi expired last year.  Samagra remembered  her  by organizing a Yajna paid homage to her and her husband Suresh Chandra ji , donated uniform, shoes, socks and sweaters.  It was followed by a feast for Samagra family and near and dear.

2nd October 2013 Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary was marked by a short and sweet celebration at Samagra.  The excitement of the children could be seen on their faces.  To begin with the children were told about Gandhi ji's noble ideals of truth, honesty and non-violence.  There after the children sang, Raghu pati raghav in unison.  Master Nitish had also prepared a short speech in Hindi on Gandhi ji's greatness and achievements.  The beautiful concept of the three monkeys, Bura mat dekho, bura mat bolo and bura mat suno, was delightfully depicted by three little boys, Sweets were distributed to all.

Samagra organized an eye sight test camp for underprivileged children and adults on 29th September 2013 in Samagra's premises.  Two optician Mr. Manmohan and Mr. N.K. Gupta volunteered their services.  Mrs. Dolly Dabral, Director Administration , Sai Institute , Dehradun was the guest who spared her valuable time and blessed us.

Ms. Vandana, a senior English teacher in a renowned Public school is Volunteering in Samagra as she enjoys with Samagra children.  Children learn English with fun in her guidance. Samagra is thankful to her.

Samagra innaugrated  a new training centre for cutting & Tailoring in a remote village named Badonwala 10 K. M. from Dhoiwala in Dehradun under women income generation program.  Samagra feels privileged  and thankful to Rotary Club (West) who is happily sponsoring this program.  Shree Rakesh Agrawal ( District Governor ( Rotary Club W.) was the chief guest. Mrs. Suchitra & staff briefly explained about activities of Samagra.

Dr Neha & Pankaj Behel visited Samagra frist time on 6th September 2013.  They were so happy to meet Samagra children that they expressed desire to volunteer. Today Behal couple came and taught children with great interest children are enjoying session with them. Samagra feels great to have them.

 Divya a Social Worker from Pune based NGO Akansha Foundation a visited Samagra on 7th September    2013 with her mother's sister- in low Dr. Neha and participated in activity with great interest.  A story telling session was organized children enjoyed a lot.

Board Members of  Deserving Student Support Society visited Samagra and distributed stationary to the children who are coming for after school tuition.  Mrs. Mr. Awasti and Mrs. and Anil bansal are always taking at keen interest in our activities and encourage us to serve with more interest and enthusiasm.
