Speech Support Group:
Support group meetings were conducted 5 times. Average attendance= 8-9

Clinical Input:

Raghav was given speech therapy 9 times. (Misarticulation)

Ishu was given speech therapy 2 times. (Autism)

Sagar (from Saharanpur) was given speech therapy 2 times. (Stammer)

Nitesh was given speech therapy 3 times.(Stammer)

Santosh was given speech therapy 1 times. (Stammer)

Garima was give speech therapy 1 time. (Stammer)

Dimpi 3 years/F (DSL with Cerebral palsy) screening and Advice for speech therapy and Physiotherapy.

Visits:

4^th October visit to Anugrah center (samagra teem) for observation of special children.

6^th October Jai Prakash visit to sadhana Kendra Ashram.

7^th October Vijay visit to Vimal house.(PWS)

9^th October Samagra teem (Dr.Sachin, Dr.Tarun, Jai Prakash, Paramanand) visit to central School for Tibetan in Herbartpur and given presentation about stammering.

14^th October Vijay visit to NIVH for hearing aid.

20^th October Vijay and Nishu visit to Udiyabag pre school children (Aanganvari center).

21^st October Vijay visit to NIVH for hearing aid.

22 October visit to Atanbag school and participated to pre school children.

28 October visit to Subhash(Mental Retardation) , Kanchn and kamini (Visually Impairment)and Ankush(hearing Impairment) house (special children).

Others:
Continuous Computer classes and Tailoring training at Samagra sub center, Premnagar Dehradun during this month.

9^th October Dr.Tarun came from Delhi, for three days residential stammering speech therapy.

21^st October Jai Prakash went to Maihar (M.P.), for TISA work.

29^th October Samagra sifted to Deharadun (lane 13, house number 332, Mohit nagar ). from Herbartpur to Mohit nagar , Deharadun.
