Weekly SHG meet

Dehradun SHG for people who stammer (PWS) met today at Anugrah Intervention center. Even though it was raining cats and dogs since this morning, 7 members turned up for the meeting. As it was planned we enacted a drama: "The Three beggars". It was really an interesting act as along with our speech techniques we were also required to remember our lines and most of us did well. We bounced, we prolonged, we stumbled and most importantly we had fun..We will practice the same drama a few more times before we invite guests. We concluded with a round of feedback and debriefing.

While coming back to Samagra, we also stopped at a tailor's shop to practice our speech techniques and during conversation we found that he is Tibetan dress specialist, which I would love to have before I leave...On our way, we stopped a few more people to practice :)
