School visit –Schools were closed, therefore we could not visit any one of them for speech therapy.

Clinical Input-

Rahul was given speech therapy 4 times. (Stammer+ Misarticulation)

Afajar was given speech therapy2 times. (Delayed Speech and language with Hearing impairment )

Pronjal was given speech therapy 15 times. (Stammer)

Anup was given speech therapy 2 times. (Misarticulation)

Hargun was given speech therapy 2 times. (Misarticulation)

Ansh was given speech therapy 10 times. (Stammer)

Anmol was given speech therapy 3 times. (Misarticulation)

Aditi was given speech therapy 7 times. (Delayed speech and language with hearing impairment)

Rishab was given speech therapy 3 times. (Stammer)

Surabhi was given Speech therapy 3 times. (Stammer)

Chirayu was given speech therapy 3 times. (Stammer)

Parth was given speech therapy one time. (Attention deficit hyperactive disorder)

15^th June- Vijay visit to Chamanpuri Samagra center.

16^th June- Haidar visit to Smith nagar Samagra sub center for teaches children.

18^th June- Haidar visit to Smith nagar Samagra sub center for teaches children.

19^th June- Haidar visit to Smith nagar Samagra sub center for teaches children.

21^st June- Haidar visit to Smith nagar Samagra sub center for teaches children.

23^rd June- Haidar visit to Smith nagar Samagra sub center for teaches children.

25^th June- Haidar visit to Smith nagar Samagra sub center for teaches children.

Others-

7^th June- SIHI come back from tracking.

7^th June- Suchitra (trustee Samagra) , Rajkumari , Manju visit to Chamanpuri for the inauguration sewing and couching classes.

11^th June- Haidar came from Canada for a month in Samagra.

15^th June- In Ladpur, inauguration swing classes by Samagra Trustee Suchitra.

28^th June- Audiometer purchase by SAMAGRA.
