Samagra's 11th Annual Day Celebration on 20th Nov-2019

Samagra was founded in 2007 but it started working actively from 2008. It was 11th Annual day Celebration in a hotel.  Total 80 people enjoyed the evening including the chief guest Mr. Ashok Kumar DG (Law & Order).
            This gale program was a great success as we could tell about our motto, activities and achievements.
Mrs. Mamta Khanduri and Vandana were the anchors. Children performed on many folk songs and bollywood numbers.
The evening was started with the lighting of the lamp by Mr. Vinay Goyal, Mr. Suresh Chandra, Mr. S.S. Kothiyal and Mrs. Dolly Dabral. First performance was Saraswati vandana by Mansi and Minakshi (12th class students) then Anamika and Saloni gave a powerful performance depicting Sihava Tandav.  Mrs Santosh Kanwar our old teacher in field performed a dance on national integrity. Three group dances were performed by the girls from different levels. Last performance was a mime enacted by class 9th students. They expressed three stories (Uri surgical strike by our army, Pulwama attack by Pakistani militants and respect for all the religions in India). It had no dialogs but touched all the viewers.
            Mrs. Suchitra Agarwal managing Trustee ‘Samagra’ read the annual report of the Trust.
            Jivasu, Founder Samagra, told about the philosophy of Naturality on which, he is working for last many years.
            Mr. Ashok Kumar DG (law & order) was welcomed by Jivasu and Mrs. Suchitra Agrawal.
He appreciated Samagra’s work and motivated our children to achieve their dreams.
It was followed by a high tea served by the Samagra.

Children Day Celebration on 14th Nov-2019

Children’s day was celebrated in Samagra with great enthusiasm. Though we were busy in the preparation of the 11th Annual Function but still lots of entertaining games were played by the children. Few children spoke about the significance of the children’s day.
            Stationery was distributed to the children. Lots of prizes  were given to the winners of the games. 
It was concluded with the lovely party. Mrs. Mamta Khanduri, Vandana and all the staff were present including 35 children.

26th Oct. Diwali Celebration With Samagra Children and Staff

This Diwali Dr. (Mrs.) Karen from Canada was present with us, so it was a special Diwali for everyone in Samagra.
The Samagra premises everything like Rangoli, Diya decoration and was decorated by the children.
We did Laxmi Pooja, offered flower put tilak on the foreheads and sang Laxmi Arti collectively.  Children had festive sweets and got Phuljhari boxes.
They promised to celebrate Diwali without crackers to save earth from the pollution.

16th Oct. It was the happy birthday of dear Pranjal

I am amazed to see the people’s love for Samagra children. Dr.(Mrs. & Mr.) Mathur, a retired (DG Health) couple shoes Samagra to celebrate their grandson Pranjal’s birthday with Samagra children.
He took the requirement of the children from me and threw a lavish party for the children. A cake was cut by the birthday boy, distributed food packets and gifted a kit  having toiletries.
He did it to support modi ji’s call for the ‘Healthy India’.

Mrs. Tituja distributed hand towel to Samagra's children

Mrs. Krishna Tuteja is a lovely lady really in love with Samagra children. Though she served lavish lunch on her husband’s death anniversary but she wanted to distributed good quality water bottles to replace disposable bottles. She distributed on 15th August.
She was to go to visit her son for a longer period so again she distributed hand towels to everyone to give them the lesson of personal hygiene.

8th October: 8th Death Anniversary of late Smt. Sharda Devi

It was the 8th death anniversary of Late (Mrs.) Sharda Devi, wife of Shree Suresh Chandra (daddaji). For last seven years we try to fulfill the dadaji’s with to give a lavish lunch and distribute the needed articles to all the children.
A vedic Yajna was performed by Shree Ved Vasu Shastri ji, Sang few bhajans and fed a lavish lunch to the Samagra children, staff and volunteers.
As we found that the children need uniform sweaters urgently, 40 sweaters were distributed among the children from different schools.
