Guests visits Samagra centre

On 27th February,  Mrs. Amita Srivastava  w/o late Mr. Vinay Srivastava visited Samagra with her brother in law. She tragically lost her husband in Feburary 2014. She donated Rs. 5000 to Samagra in her husband’s memory. She spent few hours with children and distributed chocolates and bananas to them.

Centre visits

Ms. Manju, our field coordinator visited our 3-month old sewing centre in the Shastri Nagar slum. She talked  to the sewing teacher and the trainees, and appreciated their work.

Marriage anniversary

On 20^th February, Ms. Suchitra celebrated her marriage anniversary with the Samagra family. Gifts were distributed to the children and snacks were served.

 

Shubham's birthday celebration at Samagara

Ms. Radha, our field worker celebrated the 16th birthday of her youngest son, Shubham with the Samagra family and children. A yajna was performed by Shree Ved Vasu Shastri and Shubham was blessed by all the participants. Prasada and food was served by the Yajman’s family.

 

Suchitra Agarwal's birthday celebrating.

29^th January was my birth day and as usual, I was planning to throw a surprise party for my staff and underprivileged children who come for after school tuitions. I brought clip-boards for them as I found it is needed.

            But my friends, staff and children gave me a pleasant surprise to organize a birthday party for me. I was really emotional to see their affection. I am great ful to Dr. Neha, Dr. Beena, Deepti, my staff (my power zone) Manj,  Radha,  Hema, Sonika and  T.R.Bhatt . It was a gala party and was enjoyed by everybody.  Thanks to all.
