Namita's Relatives Distributed Snacks to Children

Heartfelt thanks on behalf of Mrs. Namita Mamgaiin and the entire family.

His sister-in-law Mrs. Shalini distributed lots of snacks to the children and family. Namita madam gives her voluntary services to teach science subjects to our 7th and 8th class children. You always inspire us.

Warli Art Session

5th day of children's entertainment: Taught Warli art to the children. Small children were told how to make rope from small pieces of cloth, which can make many things like pot hanger, bottle decoration, laundry basket, pen stand, rug and doormat etc.

Mrs. Suman Aggarwal teaching craft work to children

Mrs. Suman Aggarwal taught the children to make jumping rabbit and moving butterfly from paper. The children enjoyed a lot. Also showed some items made by Pebble Art. Thank you Suman ji for spending time with the kids.

Quilling session with children

Anjani Aggarwal taught the older children to make basic shapes, flowers, leaves and fish through Quilling art. Anjani told how quilling jewelery can be made and sold online. Anjani has also been teaching English to children since a month. Thank you dear Anjani.

All the children learned lip art with Sunita Jain

Day 2 of the entertainment week: all the children learned lip art from Mrs. Duniya Jain. You all are familiar with Sunita Jain, she keeps making crafts to the children of Samagra from time to time. Thank you Sunita ji for giving your valuable time.

Drawing and painting session

Drawing and painting session was taken by Mrs. Renu Goyal under entertainment week. You taught the children beautiful painting on bottle painting and PVC panel pieces. The sketching of our children was highly appreciated. Mrs. Renu Goyal has been a student of Home Science and has special interest in Art, Craft, Painting and Gardening.

World Environment Day was organized on 5th June- 2023

On this occasion, the children studying in Samagra made and displayed some models related to the environment. Managing Trustee Smt. Suchitra Agarwal informed the children about the proper measures to be taken for the protection of the environment. Children made eco-bricks from 10 kg waste plastic bottles and polythene. All the children and elders took a pledge to protect the environment by planting a sapling. A quiz competition on environment was held for the children, prizes were distributed to the children who answered more questions correctly.
