Dr. Nisha Gera Giving lecture to Girls & Women on WH Day

On World Health Day we invited city‘s renowned Gynaecologist Dr Nisha Gera to have a talk with our girls of 12-18 years and some women of weaker section . It was regarding Menstruation, hygiene and apprehensions. She showed an interesting cartoon film named’ Menstrupedia ‘and we feel proud to announce that Dr Nisha promised to donate a sanitary pad wending machine that will be the cheaper, hygienic and instant option.

 

Karate Session with Samagra Children

On 5 th April team from Inner Wheel Club organized a Karate session for the Samagra children. Ms Hiteshi Rautela , Black Belt 2 holder taught them few important techniques to defend ourselves in a odd situation. Girls were very happy. Hiteshi promised to conduct 4 more session in coming weeks.  Mrs. Rama  Goyal, Taruna Singhal, Seema Jain and Hiteshi’s mom took keen interest in Samagra’s activities and bought hand made products to promote the women.
