Managing Trustee invited as Chief Guest

Mrs. Suchitra Agrawal, Managing Trustee, Samagra was invited as the chief guest at a program organized for under privileged girls and women by the the Indian Government's National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development on 26th April 2014. Participants received certificates of participation in fashion designing training.

A Few Additions Made to The Samagra-kul

This is what the Samagra-kul (That is the name of the Samagra premises) looks like after the construction of a shed on the roof and at the entrance. This is very useful as events and programmes like Yajna , after school tuition classes for slum children, women income generation programs, beautician training etc. can now be organized on the roof and verandah.

Another Tailoring Programme Commences Under The Aegis of Samagra

Samagra started another cutting and tailoring training programme in Nehru Gram village for women and girls on 16th April 2014

Birthday Celebrations at Samagra

Navya Tuteja's grand father and grand mother, Mr. & Mrs. Tuteja celebrated her birthday with Samagra's tuition children at Samagra centre and they distributed snacks to the children on 15th April. Navya lives in America and it was her 5th birth day. Samagra Family wishes her a very very happy birthday.

Another Tailoring Training Program Commences

Samagra started one more cutting & tailoring training program in the slum area of Shastri Nagar Khala (Seemadwar), Dehradun. 25 women and girls will undergo training at this centre. The training program commenced in the 2nd week of February 2014
