Samagra innaugurated one more sewing & Tailoring program for the women and girls who are living in Shastri Nagar Slum. It is the place where people need real help.  They are living in Poverty and unhygienic conditions. Recently we conducted one program for 23 women but keeping in mind, great demand and enthusiasm, we decided to run one more program. 26 girls and women are taking training.

Suchitra Agrawal celebrated her 27th Marriage Anniversary on 20th February in Samagra. Drawing note books and set of crayons were distributed. Children enjoyed snacks. 

A Yajna was held in Samagra. Mrs. Ashima was yajman (host) for this Yajna as she celebrated her daughter's 1st wedding Anniversary on 6th February. Priest & Samagra family blessed her. Prasad was distributed by her.

Vasant Panchmi celebrations at Samagra.

Today ,It is Vasant Panchmi, a festival for the worship of "Saraswati" - the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art and culture.  Samagra's children offered prayers to the goddess and sang a bhajan(devotional song) devoted to her. Samagra also organized a drawing and painting competition for children (age group 10-12 years). These paintings would be judged by drawing and painting teachers and prizes will be announced later.
