 Contribution of Samagra for flood Victims of Kedar Nath and other Affected Hilly Areas of Uttarakhand 

SAMAGRA is extending help at the times of national disasters and calamities.  For the recent floods and land slides in the hills of Garhwal it has prepared 600 food packets ready for consumption containing water bottles, snacks, biscuits etc.
We have already contributed food items worth Rs. 20000/= to volunteers who are personally going to the affected areas.  The children and staff have also contributed their pocket money for the purpose.

Last Day at Samagra

Today is the SIHI trip's last day at Samagra.  We've got a few more days in India visiting Delhi and Agra before returning home to Canada.  It's been great being here and we are certainly going to miss the place and everyone here.  

Returned from SIDH

The SIHI trip is safely back at Samagra after our visit to SIDH in the Himalayas.  We are currently working on our final presentation, as well as meeting a few more people (this time doctors) before we leave Dehradun.  As such, we haven't had a ton of time to update the blogs.  We do though have a few posts on the SIHI 2013 blog (link to the right under related links).
